The automobile consumption credit begins at the beginning of the twentieth Century.In developed countries, automobile consumption credit has been relatively matured. Therate of full payment to buy a car has been low and basically using the loan, whlie theautomobile consumption credit market is backward in our country. The gap is wide.As one of the representative automobile financial company in China, after thebusiness expansion in2012, the current business network of X company has spread allover more than200cities and more than2200dealers. The X company’s professionalability and reputation has been enhanced. But as a developing auto financing company,X company also has some shortcomings in the influence of internal and externalenvironment: the weak level of service, commodity single species, imperfect ofinternal-control, the level of risk management lag behind.Based on the theories of consumer credit theory, consumer behavior theory, processmanagement theory and risk management theory, under the influence of the externalenvironment, the paper try to research on the five parts of present situation and theproblems of X country: service network, business processes, products, channels offinancing, risk control, in order to get the methods for development of automobileconsumption credit in X company. Especially for the most severe problems:the ability ofrisk control, looking for the way and Countermeasure of X company’s risk control, so as toimprove the ability of X company risk management level. |
