Analyzing The Relationship Between Managers' Social Network And Region Innovation Network Take Tianjin Binhai Newly Developed Area For Example

As far as China in the phase which region economics and region network, the individual network had to develop and consummate. How to solute the network between the whole and individual in the social environment had to be more important. Base on it, this article went from the characters and the intellect capital of individual social network; research the relationship between the individual network and region innovation network,also the influence which the individual network to the RIN.In the research process, we concluded the correlative theories such as social network theory, region economics theory, innovation and diffusion of technology theory, human capital theory and so on. Disinterred three Embeddedness of managers'social network with RIN and five effective elements, the infection which managers'organizational network to their individual network, the infection which managers'organizational network to RIN, the infection which managers'individual network to RIN. The elements were network center, network scale, network intension, network stability, human capital. In the same time, took Tianjin Binhai newly developed area for example, according to quantity of behavior individual contacted managers direct as network center dimensionality, took managers'financing channel, the translate of work condition and the contact types of agency as network scale dimensionality, took the relation time and the relation frequency as network intension and network stability dimensionality, took the relation time and the knowledge, experience, technology, capacity as human capital dimensionality. Then got the result of the relationship which network center, network scale, network intension, network stability to human capital, industrial cluster and fund flat of RIN. Also got the four dimensionalities and human capital to research the intension to the technology flat of RIN. Took these data to equations with Eviews. At the end, applied the suggestions to the network building and hoped to supply some references for Binhai area's development.
