Enterprise Technological Innovation And Analyzing The Influential Factors Of Small And Medium-sized Listed Companies

In today’s world, there are lots of competitions between individuals, teams, enterprises orcountries and technological innovation is an important source to maintain competitiveadvantage, the government and enterprise are increasingly focusing on the development oftechnological innovation. Enterprises are the mainstay of technological innovation, enterpriseinnovation ability determine the innovation ability of country. The article analyzes theinfluencing factors of enterprise technology innovation in detail and studies the small andmedium-sized listed companies, empirical tests various factors on the role of technologicalinnovation, then expand the correlation analysis and proposed in this paper. It has theoreticaland practical significance to improve the technological innovation capability of the small andmedium-sized listed enterprises, to speed up the transformation of China’s economic growthmode, and to improve the national comprehensive strength.Firstly, the paper summaries the concept of enterprise technological innovation andinfluencing factors, laying the foundation for exploring the subject of this paper in-depth.Secondly, the paper analysis the influencing factors of technological innovation systematicallyfrom internal and external part, internal factors include innovation input, internal governance,innovation intention, external factors include government policy, market environment. Thirdly,the paper analysis the status of small and medium-sized listed enterprises technologicalinnovation, and considers the reasons of the short of small and medium-sized listed enterprisestechnological innovation include the weak awareness of technological innovation, insufficient attention of innovative talents, the defective market system. Then, the paper holds small andmedium-sized listed companies as a sample, establishes the index system, builds the model,analysis various factors empirically. The empirical results display: from internal factors, theenterprise R&D funding for investment, human input, firm size, profitability, capital structureof the enterprise are positive for enterprise technology innovation, from external factors,government support and market concentration are positive for enterprise technologyinnovation. Finally, in accordance with the theoretical analysis and empirical results, whilecombing with the status of small and medium-sized listed enterprises’ technologicalinnovation,the paper proposes following suggestions, improving the market system,strengthening government support and improve investment in R&D funding, paying moreattentions to talents, strengthening organizational culture are positive for enterprise technologyinnovation.I have read many of the literature, data collection to do many of the early work,integrated predecessors, based on the research of scientific choice of the research methods, thefollowing factors affecting enterprise technology innovation. But this article is still existedsome shortage, considering data quantifiable, selected only part of the index for inspection,and sample data quantity is limited, in some extent influence the accuracy of the results. Thehope can be in the follow-up study revising perfect these problems.
