As the world's and Chinese information industry develop rapidly,medium and small-sized IT enterprises are also springing up in China.With the increase of the number of medium and small-sized IT enterprises and the aggravation of market competition in the IT industry,administration problems in the medium and small-sized IT enterprises have increasingly affected their survivals and developments.Human resource is the most important factor comparing with other factors which restrict these enterprises' development and core-competitiveness.The paper proceeds from the current situation and the existing problems of human resources management in the process of medium and small-sized IT enterprises' developments,and modern correlation theories of human resources were used in the paper.It illustrates the human resource management problems in the process of medium and small-sized IT enterprises' developments,and the strategies which should be put forward to cope with the problems.By taking medium and small-sized IT enterprises for example,the exemplifications were put up to be analyzedIn China,the consciousness of HR management in medium and small-sized IT enterprises is weak.Managers have lack of scientific planning of human resource management.Some problems exist in each module of human resource management and the modules include training management system/performance management system/compensation management system/career management system/corporate culture system,etc.Those problems may cause the enterprises develop slowly,and even concern that if a company can survive in the intense competition.Therefore,medium and small-sized IT enterprises should reinforce the construction of modern concept of human resource managements,make scientific human resource development planning,make full use of human resource,improve the recruit system and training system,set up performance management system which should be fit for the medium and small-sized IT enterprises,enhance the foundation of compensation management system,improve system of career management,reinforce the construction of corporate culture,etc.It can ensure the continuous development and expansion of medium and small-sized IT enterprises by taking a series of strategies to increase the companies' core-competitiveness.It is identified by native and foreign enterprises that the most important factor in the development of a company is "human resource",so at the time of seizing excellent opportunity to develop,medium and small-sized IT enterprises should also solve the problems that emerge from human resource management.Only after using methods of modern human resource management,keeping pace with the times,establishing a set of human resource management systems in medium and small-sized IT enterprises and improving it continuously,can we guarantee the continuous development of medium and small-sized IT enterprises.
