The Impact And Countermeasures Of County-level Power Supply Enterprises To "Two Reforming And One Price"

The rural electric network modification,reform of the rural electricity management and same electricity price in same net of urban and rural areas(referred to as "two reforming and one electric price"),which improves the supply capacity of rural power grid greatly,makes the rural power management system get a preliminary rationalization,rural electricity price and the burden on farmers significantly drop.However,"the two reforming and one electric price" brings some negative impact on county power supply enterprise,which is clearly reflected in more difficult management,the cost increasing of maintenance,management and finance,and the great business pressure and risk.This article makes an in-depth analysis of the impact on power supply enterprise at the county level and presents some deep-rooted constructive comments to these problems by establishing scientific evaluation system of rural power grid price and deepening the reform of rural grid management to consolidate the achievements of "two reforming and the one electric price".I hope these comments and suggestions will play a certain role in dealing with the new round construction of power grid in rural areas.
