Study On Optimal Model Of Automotive Logistics Cost

Auto logistics are flows of raw materials, auto parts and finished automobile. Generally speaking, auto logistics also include recovery of the automobile. Automotive logistics chain has played a role in collecting the whole auto industrial chain. Auto logistics play an important role in logistics, which are different from other logistics. Auto logistics are very complex logistics activities. With the rapid development auto industry of China, more and more enterprises become focused in controlling of the cost of auto logistics, when the control of the cost becomes more and more important. Now reducing logistics cost by integrating resources is the problem, which automobile enterprises have to face and solve. It is also the bottleneck restraining numerous Auto Logistics enterprises from managing and developing.This thesis analyses the cost of auto logistics with the systematic view based on system dynamic. In the first two chapters of the thesis, it firstly analyses the current situation of the automobile logistics at home and abroad. And it summarizes the past theory of automobile logistics cost. Besides these, it summarizes the general operation process on the basis of studying conclusion in the past. After explaining the purpose of the establishing model, confirming the system border, finding out the relationship among the factors in the system, the thesis establishes the transportation system model and the inventory system model which take a large part of the cost in all logistics activities. Also, according to the relationship between transportation and inventory, the thesis establishes the aggregative model. Then, the thesis regards an enterprise as the research object. It examines the validity of the model and simulates the transportation cost and the inventory cost in the future through inputting the parameter in the model. To the problems that the result appears, the thesis proposes solution with analyses .In the final of the thesis, it summarizes the achievements and deficiency.
