The Benefit Analysis On The Evolution Of The Manufacturing Sector Structure In Jilin Province

Jilin province is an important part of Revitalization of China Northeast, and it is an important old industrial base and the largest production base for auto industry of China. Since reform and opening up, Jilin Province has made great achievements, including rapid economic growth, expansion of economies scale and increased Comprehensive strength. However, behind the phenomenon of rapid economic growth, the quality of economic growth has not improved so quickly. Such as lower degree of market-oriented, high proportion of state-owned economy, irrational industrial structure, backward enterprise technology and equipment, difficult economies transition in resource-based cities. Obviously, irrational industrial structure has seriously hindered the accelerated economic development of Jilin Province. Study on the manufacturing sector in Jilin Province not only can promote the development of the manufacturing sector, but also offer a better solution to the direction industry issues of economic development in Jilin Province. How to adjust the structure of and enhance its industrial economic efficiency, increase our economic strength? It is an important practical issue needed to study urgently.This paper based on the research of and economic benefit analysis at home and abroad, analyze the process and traits of manufacturing industry evolution and the problems of manufacturing industry upgrading, and make empirical analysis on economic benefit of Major sectors in manufacturing industry.This paper is divided into five parts, the main contents of the study are summarized below; First, make necessary induction and comments to the theoretical research results, including the origin theory of the industrial structure evolution and the study of manufacturing industry upgrading influencing economic development.Second , make theoretical study on the development of manufacturing industries,including the manufacturing sector's role in the national economy, correlation analysis on the main manufacturing sectors.Third, make empirical analysis on manufacturing industry evolution, including describe the process of evolution by proportion of output and employment share of manufacturing firms, research on professional degrees of manufacturing sector in Jilin Province by information entropy theory.Fourth, to analyze empirically economic benefits of manufacturing sector in JiLin Province,we choose 6 indicators which are the contribution rate of total assets, current assets turnover number, industry cost margins, all-personnel labor productivity and product sales rate. Through factor analysis of the economic benefits of manufacturing industries and ranking the results, we have make the structural evolution of the economic benefits.Fifth,the strategy suggestions to the development of the manufacturing industry in Jilin Province have been conclude from the results of the analysis.We identify the structural adjustment model of the manufacturing sector and to propose effective measures. Based on the analysis above, we make some suggestions to the development of manufacturing industry strategy in Jilin Province.
