Research On The Independent Innovation Ability Of Non-State-Owned S & T Enterprises In Xinjiang

With more than twenty years, Non-State-Owned Science & Technology Enterprises (NSSTEs) in Xinjiang have become an important force in economic growth,science and technology progressing and adding job opportunities in our region. However, during the course of independent innovation, NSSTEs have encountered many difficulties, and their capability of independent innovation needs further improvement.International competition is becoming increasingly fierce,independent innovation has become the key elements of the survival and development of business,and even a region and countries.Enhancing the capability of independent innovation is the core force to enhance the competitiveness and economic development of enterprises, it is the key to improve comprehensive national power. Insisting on the road of independent innovation is a must for the sake of maintaining fast and coordinated development of the national economy. So research on enterprises'independent innovation capacity has the important theoretical significance and the practical application value.First of all,this paper defines NSSTEs'definition according to research results from domestic and abroad, introduces its growth phrases and contribution to our social and economic progress, and studied basic theories about enterprises'independent innovation capability and the elements of enterprises'independent innovation capability, Then, constructed the Xinjiang NSSTEs'independent innovation ability's evaluation index system. By comparing and analyzing the universal method of evaluation,this article select the principal components analysis to evaluate the development of Xinjiang NSSTEs'independent innovation capability by using lots of data and materials, elaborated the main problems of NSSTEs'independent innovation capability in Xinjiang and finally proposed the basic ideas and measures of improving the self-innovation ability.
