Researchs On Cost Management And Control For Electric Power Projects During Design Phase

Owing to the lavish invest in electric power project,the cost has been out of control commonly,which influents directly the invest benefit of construction projects.Therefore, it is important to find out how to control the cost in electric power construction project, especially cost control in phase of construction design.Because of negligence of cost control in construction design over time,manpower,resources and money has been wasted a lot.Referred to management experience in construction cost management in and outside China,considering actual electric power construction project this thesis concludes that it would be practical if designing institutes control the cost in construction design through positive analysis of electric power design institutes and build a cost control system in phase of electric construction design,which shall be meaningful to promote the market competitive forces.
