In China the division of rural -urban labor market is 40 year long time. Since the inauguration of reform in 1978, a large number of Chinese peasants moved to urban. However the rural labor forces are not on equality with urban residents on entering industry obtaining occupation equality wage. The research about segment of labor market are plentiful, however as a limit of data, they have not gave a index of measure the degree of segment in labor market. This article mainly provides a new technique for estimate the degree of segment in labor market. And based on the Zhejiang Province each data, we computes the degree of segment in 2000 2006 and 2007.The research shows that, the extent of industry division between the year 2000 and 2007 is gradually expanding. It becomes more and more difficult for the rural labor force to enter the monopoly industries, such as financial industry, telecommunication industry. And the rule of education to reduce the degree of segmentation is limited. That's to say, it is still difficult for the rural force to enter the monopoly industries, even if they have got a good level of education. The extent of occupational segregation is narrowing during the period from the year 2000 to 2007 .The rural migrants have more chance to gain a job in white-collar field. And education plays an important rule during the course. Because of data limitation, we can only calculate the wage discrimination index of 2006, using the data of urban residents and the life quality survey of migrant workers in 2006.The result shows that, the wages of the rural labor force in high education is almost the similar with the wages of the urban residents in the same education. While it is adverse for the rural labor force in low education that their wages is very different with the urban residents' in the same education.
