Employees'job satisfaction is a topic that is never up-to-date but eternal in the field of human resource management. It influences work performance in much extent then company profit, therefore, it attracts more and more attention on it in the modern management of company. As a precaution and method of supervision, or diagnostic tools of management, it can provide important reference for company to make decision in human resource. The company mentioned in this paper is a joint-venture in industry of telecommunication. During existence of more than ten years from its establishment, the company underwent gold time of expeditious and flourishing development in telecommunication market of our country also encountered downturn of several years which experienced by the whole industry. The great undulation in its operation and so much internal and external hardship influences employees'job satisfaction. Therefore, to promote employees'job satisfaction becomes an urgent issue for company to solve with a view to development and realization of strategy of the company.This paper is a research on tactics of promoting employees'job satisfaction of Hangzhou ECI Telecommunication Corp. Firstly design the questionnaire and defines the purpose and object to be investigated, and then learn the status quo of employees'job satisfaction by implementation of investigation with outcome show low employees'job satisfaction of the company. Then analyze causes for its status quo and summarize the influential factors from aspects of emolument, work and management environment and hereby put forward suggestions for promoting employees'job satisfaction.Employees'job satisfaction has already attracted great attention from the leadership of holding company. The promotion of employees'job satisfaction founds on acquaintance of its status quo, aspect of dissatisfaction and its causes. The study is established in indigenous environment and combines with practice of the company; the suggestion is to be put forward with more pertinence, perhaps it bears more practical meaning.
