Performance evaluation is a fundamental work for human resource management, and also a significant method for the business to elevate employees' enthusiasm, improve the performance and realize the business strategic goal. In the enterprise management practice, it is a complex and hard work for the enterprise to evaluate the employees' performance. Changsha City Water Industrial Investment Corp. (CCWIIC), as a large-scale, state-owned, and sole ownership enterprise, has its unique characteristics determined by its regional limitation and its operational monopoly. The research on CCWIIC employees' performance evaluation has a realistic significance in the solution to our country employees's performance management in sole ownership and monopolistic enterprises.Based on the theories of performance evaluation, coupled with the achievement of performance evaluatuion, through the analysis of the actuality of CCWIIC, this thesis discusses the problems in CCWIIC. The thesis is composed of four parts. In the first chapter, it presentes the research idea, research contents and the research method. In the second chapter, it discusses the present situation of the existing employees's performance evaluation of CCWIIC and analyses in-depth the problemsand the causes. In the third chapter, it designs an employees's performance evaluation system for CCWIIC. In the fourth chapter, it puts forward the ways to solve the problems to be met in the implementation of the new employees' performance evaluation system for CCWIIC.
