Abstract/Summary:
In this paper, mainly discuss the forecasting, inventory control and evaluation of reverse logistics under the environment of green supply chain. Because of the uncertainty and other problems of reverse logistics, for the research of forecasting, mainly compare some methods of forecasting, including the basic theory, their applications and so on. The purpose is to find out how to choose the right method when the conditions or the datum change. The methods that involved in this paper contain qualitative method and quantitative methods. For the inventory control, here still choose the traditional EOQ model as the basic research tool and analyze how to deal with the inventory control under two different conditions-waste disposals and recycling in order to get the minimum average cost. The key part is to find out the relationship between the average cost and parameters of the system. The evaluation of reverse logistics contains how to choose the indexes, how to standardize the datum, how to decide the weight of each index, how to choose the method of evaluation and how to analyze the outcome. The most difficult problem is how to connect the qualitative and quantitative analysis together, how to use the basic datum fully and so on.In the research of this topic, lots of math methods are mentioned, including operation research, statistics, and fuzzy math etc. The software used contains excel, matlab and SPSS etc.Hope the research could offer a new way of analyzing the relative problems of reverse logistics and be connected with other parts of reverse logistics. Further study should be done including testing the outcome using actual data, expanding the conditions of application and so on.
