Research On Agricultural Leisure Tourism In Anji Zhejiang

Leisure tourism has become a fashion word in the 21st century's tourism. Agricultural leisure tourism is a combination of agriculture and tourism industries. With more and more urban residents having the will of being close to nature, agricultural leisure tourism comes in to being as a new way of leisure, which has become a beautiful landscape in our country's tourism industry and more and more popular. Agricultural leisure tourism has developed for about 10 years and has gradually formed a variety of more mature operation ways since the concept of it was put forward in the early 1990s. But with the continuous deepening of economic restructure in rural areas, more and more requirements have been raised in the operation ways, and the operation ways are also developing and innovating. Using Anji agricultural leisure tourism in Zhejiang province as a study program and describing the operation ways, the economic benefits and the influence to the local economic development, this paper analyzes the problems and challenges in the development of agricultural leisure tourism and presents some policies and measures to the sustainable development of it.This paper is divided into five parts. Chapter I is an introduction, which introduces the significance, the research methods and contents of this paper. Due to the reference to a lot of related research papers from domestic and abroad, this paper arranges the study of agricultural leisure tourism from domestic and abroad. Chapter II is an introduction of the background of this paper and also makes a conclusion and summary to the development of Anji agricultural leisure tourism. Chapter III analyzes the market structure of tourists and the tendency of tourists' manners on the basis of survey. According to resources, markets, brands, and culture those aspects, Chapter IV talks about the problems and influence factors to Anji agricultural leisure tourism and puts forward the challenges to its development. Chapter V presents the policies and measures to the development of Anji agricultural leisure tourism due to the analysis of the chapters we have mentioned before.
