Strategy Research On Enterprise Developing In GaoLiYuYi

"Gao Li Yu Yi"in Tianjin is a core company of the production of pre-stressed steel strand. Its productions are very popular with domestic market. But recently the price of pre-stressed steel strand becomes lower than before, and competition is much more serious. In this new situation, the company has to change its developing strategies. This paper is made in the purpose of helping the company find its new and appropriate developing strategies.The paper firstly analyzes the backgrounds outside and inside China, and explains the studying methods and studying routes. And then we discuss the relevant developing theories related to developing strategy of corporation in details.After the discussion of theories, we analyze the present situation and outlook of the industry"Gao Li Yu Yi"belongs to in every aspect. We pay much attention to the possible applying fields of pre-stressed steel strand and the influence on metalwork industry produced by industry cluster. After that, we show some developing suggestions to"Gao Li Yu Yi". Chapter four analyzes the industry environment, looking for opportunity and threat. And make a scientific developing plan through two ways, namely SCP and five factors of competition analysis. The fifth Chapter analyzes the internal resources and capability of the"Gao Li Yu Yi", and tries to evaluate it carefully. Knowing the resources and capability of the corporation is the foundation of evaluation, and correct evaluation can help the company do better.After we analyze the macro and micro environment, we give corresponding developing strategies based on the factual situation of"Gao Li Yu Yi". The goals of the corporation are to occupy more market space, to make the profit and the production best. Then we discuss how to make this possible. In order to realize the goals, the development of the company should be classified into two parts. The first will take two years. During the two years, the company should take the present advantages to make itself the most competitive in this industry. The second period may take five years. During this period, we need to raise the comprehensive ability of the company.
