Standardized Management And Reform Of The Construction Projects Feasibility Study

The construction projects feasibility study is a very important stage before thewhole construction project. It is also the necessary basis of making the constructionprojects design program. The research on the construction projects feasibility is notonly an important and basic work in the fundamental construction management, butalso a scientific method for the optimum effectiveness at the expense of the leastinvestment.Therefore, it takes a great role in the investment policy-making and theproject-running.There are still many problems in the process of studying the construction projectsfeasibility at present. In this paper, we firstly analyze the problems that exist in theconstruction projects feasibility study in the present construction projects managementfield. Then, the relevant research is made and a case analysis is given to prove theresearch results. At last, the future reform and development directions are presentedon the basis of the above research conclusions. In this paper, the main contents aresummarized as follows:First, simply introduce of the development history including the domestic partand the foreign part is made. And then, the problems that exist in the presentconstruction projects feasibility study are simply described. In addition, the functionof feasibility research, the research method, results and the significance of the workare also discussed.Second, in this part, the author concretely describes some questions that exsit inthe process of the present the construction projects feasibility study in our country.For instance, the rough market prediction, the overestimation of the profit, the neglectof the risk analysis, the simpleness of schemes, the amphibolous of the investors, lowquality, the low quality of the consults, unhealthy market mechanism and so on. Theanalysis is helpful for the research of the standardized management and reform infuture.The third part, the fourth part and the fifth part are the main contents of this paper.In these three parts, the author puts forward the main content that should beconsidered in the process of the construction projects feasibility study and some keyproblems about the procedure and the method in the basic parameters selection andthe investment estimation process. This work will offer some references to our country's standardized management in future. Meanwhile, we make the contentintegrated and the data reliable as possible as we can. Besides, this paper also presentsthe future reform and development directions and some useful opinions andsuggestions. It advises that we should pay attention to the market price prediction,consider the inflation factor, introduce the value engineering theory into the feasibilityresearch, etc.Sixth, in this part, the author gives a construction project case which the authorparticipates in. It not only proves the research results above but also enriches thecontent of this paper.The last part put forwards the development prospect of the construction projectsfeasibility study in future and some problems that need to be researched and solved infuture.
