By this model, we could get the following quantity: safe stock,the initial order point and ordering goods amount of economy. Through analyzing these data, we can prevent the spare part from short supply, judge the time of ordering goods and confirm the economic batch ordered each time. Through the application, the stock funds descended 6.38% lower than ever, the spare part consumption descended 22.18% lower than ever.
