Products research and development(R&D) is the power source for manufacturing enterprises rapid development. In recent years, with the customer's demands for personalized development, the products lifespan is increasingly shorter. In order to improve competitiveness and ultimately win the market, more and more manufactures are taking product R&D as the core strategy in enterprise, but the traditional functions of products development model is difficult to adapt to this challenge , they often cause high failure rate and high cost. On the market late, quality is unsatisfactory. Therefore, project management as a mature project of scientific management in many fields has been widely used. In the early 1990s, the project management had been successfully used in the R&D. At present, It is saw little of this researches in China, many small and medium-sized corporations have applied project management in R&D, but the results are often unsatisfactory and even failure, most of which originate from unsuccessfully building the applicable management model for their enterprises.This paper starts from analysis for products R&D problems caused in TC company, and know the management importance of application project. On the basis of relevant theories for the management of products R&D, It analyzes the main difficulties of TC company in the early stages of Project management. Secondly, It puts forward a series of improvement measures for Project management that are suitable for TC company. For example: reconstruction of the organizational structure, Reforger of the recycling process, strengthen the management of time, strengthen communication collaborative management, improve team building, etc. and to summarize the successful implementation of products R&D for key project management. Finally, further expounded the enlightenment that TC company brought about in the successful implementation of project management. To summarize whether implement the project successfully in enterprises, the key lies in corporate strategy, organizational environment, and corporate governance, such as whether it has adjusted to the appropriate project management running state . The successful implementation of R&D project management is the through self-reform of enterprises, and constantly raising level of management.In this paper, the TC through changes in organizational environment, strengthen enterprise management measures such as the successful implementation of R&D project management so as to provide a reference model for similar enterprises.
