The modern enterprise's focal point is the competition for talent; the management's competition is especially intense. In order to attract and detain the talented person, we must establish a set of effective management salary system, effectively arouse the high tube personnel's enthusiasm, for providing the foundation to company on China stock market survival and the development.This article first introduces the management salary related theory.
