Entering 21st century, follow the development at full speed of China's economy, China is entering the automobile society fast, the scale of automobile industry is expanding constantly, the demand to employees of automobile trade is outstanding day by day, each link of the automobile industry chain needs a large number of talents in different levels. However, because the development term in China of automobile industry is still short, talent's shortage, training the system to lag behind, these unreasonable questions of personnel's structure all become difficult problems of restricting enterprise and even the whole industry development. As the important link of consumer market of automobile on the automobile industry chain -- automobile 4S enterprises, have felt managerial ability of human resources especially not enough to develop caused the bottleneck.This text has summarized the state of development of human resources management mode in different countries, have probed into subject matter and development trend in our country human resources management mode in the future, have offered theory support for the thing that the management of the automobile 4S enterprise human resources is promoted, through drawing the latest theory of manpower resources management and developing experience , combine the current situation of market of 4S enterprise and competitive environment at present, analyses in depth the question appearing in automobile 4S enterprise's manpower resources management, such as lacking strategic planning , talent's deficient , whole quality on the low side, training lagging behind, the incentive mechanism form is first-class , aim at setting up the management mode of a set of human resources , in order to help automobile 4S enterprises to improve the management level of human resources, strengthen the competitiveness in the future of enterprise. The article adopts the system and real example analytical method, insist on determining the nature to combine with quantitative analysis, after the market environment of overall, deep 4S enterprises of our country of analysis, state of development, have summarize and probe into the thinking of automobile 4S enterprise's manpower resources management, has put forward the new mode of realizing automobile 4S enterprise's manpower resources management.
