Capital,like the blood of the human body,is the foundation for the survival and development of an enterprise.w hich provides inexhaustible power support for the enterprise's development.However,because of the completed of capital network,enterprise's capital management is facing enormous challenges,especially for the influenceof many members,large-scale assets,complex organizational structure,geographical dispersion and other factors in group enterprises,which make management much more complicated.Poor fund management may lead to financial crisis and even bankruptcy of enterprises.Therefore,an efficient fund management model is helpful to promote the development of enterprises and enhance the value of enterprises.With the change of economic environment,the innovation of the management,and the influence of the enterprise capital operation,enterprise capital management is facing opportunities and challenges.This paper selects A company as the research object,mainly because A company has carried out large-scale industrial restructuring and mergers,enterprise capital management environment has changed significantly.Based on the study of capital transformation of A company,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of capital management mode,and analyzes the applicability and effect of capital management.finds out the main problems existing in capital management of A company and makes optimization suggestions,which provides practical guidance for the selection of capital management mode of other enterprises.This paper adopts the method of combining theoretical guidance with case analysis.There are six chapters in the main part of this paper.Firstlythis paper introduces the purpose and significance of this study,reviews the basic theory and related literature on capital management,andintroduces the research methods and innovations.Analyzes the background of A company's transformation and the impact of the transformation,focusing on the analysis of A company's capital management model before and after the transformation and its adaptability.Thirdly,through the analysis of the effect of A company's capital management,this paper finds out the main problems and summarizes the results of its capital management;finally,based on the problems of A company in the current stage,Which existing in paragraph capital management,this paper put forward the suggestions for optimization and improvement.The research on the capital management transformation of A company provides a certain reference for the managers to choose the capital management mode under the same environment,which makes the research of this paper have certain theoretical and practical significance.
