In current times of knowledge economy, human resource has become a key factor for enterprise and enterprise has pays attention to it. With the development of economic globalization, the competition between talented persons has become the main competition of enterprises. Brain drain is a common phenomenon in the keen competition. Nationalized enterprise of the northeastern traditional industry base is facing high brain drain and profound effect. This problem has been paid great attention.The article begins with the theoretical approach of factors that influence brain drain, bases on the current situation of brain drain of nationalized enterprise of the northeast old industrial. According to the characteristic of talented persons of Nationalized enterprise of the northeast old industrial, the article uses KJ and defines the influential factors of brain drain intention for Nationalized enterprise of the northeast old industrial, through the analysis of theoretical research of influential factors of brain drain, and carries on questionnaire investigation and counts the data analysis of Nationalized enterprise of the northeast old industrial, and attempts to explain the influence degree of al kinds of factors. Furthermore, the article puts forward the effective countermeasures on the controllable factors of enterprise.According to the factors that influence talented persons of Nationalized enterprise of the northeast old industrial, under the guidance of human resource theories and motivation theories, Seen from human resource management angle, the article put forward specific countermeasure from nether countermeasure: performance management,motivation policy,salaries and welfare,idiomatical corporate culture and atmosphere construction,information management of human resource.
