Research Of Contract Management System In Beijing Subway Olympic Extension BT Project

Beijing Subway Olympic Extension BT project is the first BT project in the field of city metro construction interiorly, the contractor is China Railway Engineering Parent Company combo, who established BT project company-China Railway Engineering Beijing Investment and Management Co., Ltd. to preside over the task of investment, financing and construction.During the actualization of the BT project, the project company combined investment, financing with management on construction, established an effective system of contract management and has won some purpose. But for some reason, there are some problem about establishing the system of contract management and carrying the job of management. This article summarized the excellence and shortcoming about the contract management and analyzed the causation of problem bringing by researching on the system of contract management in the project company.The author proposed to establish a contract management system aim at profit maximizing by research on the contract management of Beijing Subway Olympic Extension BT project and integrating correlative knowledge, and gave some advice about contractor selecting under the BT project, the mode and content of contract management, organizational guarantee to contract management system, establishing information system of contract management.
