It gave a thorough analysis to the existing Program classification and the construction process, and based on this, it proposed the method of Program classification and the construction process in Beijing Netcom Olympic communications project.Once more, through selecting a kind of relatively representative Program to analyze the management process, it focused on the definition, the planning, the management process of Program, and obtained the differences in cost, progress, quality aspects between using Program Management and the ordinary project management. Finally, it summed up and abstracted the implementation effect on the Program Management and proposed suggestions on future Program Management.The method of classification, construction and management in Olympic communication Program researched in this article ,which combined with the actual business and considered the various factors into account, brings some reference value on the communication system construction of major sports events and construction of major customers project like this.
