In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the nation's attitude to the institutional management of the press has become clear.In a market economy condition,the press shifted into enterprise should be the subject of market.It should manage its own business, enhance and strengthen its competitiveness.The competition between the publishers is fiercer and fiercer,and new problems appear during their development.How to make further improvement for book sales sets higher demands and challenges to marketing teams of publishing houses.For sci-tech press,it's extremely important to strengthen the management of marketing team,improve the quality of sales staff and mobilize sufficiently their enthusiasm,so as to promote the press's marketing performance and ensure its survival and development.The thesis,starting from the book marketing process of sci-tech press, analyzes sci-tech press's marketing mode,competition and market environment and sums up the present situation of marketing team construction of sci-tech press.It indicates the existing problems in the quality,structure and concept of the marketing team and the evaluation and incentives of performance,etc.The thesis puts forth concrete solutions to these questions in light of the theory of Marketing,Organizational Behavior and human resources management,etc.The thesis focuses on practical application and uses the theories and methods of public management to elaborate the actual research issue. Firstly,it analyzes the marketing concepts and theories of sci-tech books.It proposes the marketing mode of sci-tech books from the perspective of the concepts and theories of marketing and book marketing.Secondly,the thesis analyzes the current situation of the marketing team of sci-tech press, provides the special requirements for the team's quality,and puts forward the current situation and existing problems of the team in terms of the example of Chemical Industry Press's marketing team.Thirdly,the thesis proposes measures for the marketing team construction of sci-tech press. Taking the marketing team construction of Chemical Industry Press as an example,the thesis discusses how to set up a marketing team of the sci-tech press,which adapts to the competition and development of the future market.Through investigation,the thesis,according to relevant theories, comes to the following conclusion:in order to achieve its strategic objectives,sci-tech press must be on the basis of industrial distribution and sales characteristics of sci-tech books to set up marketing team,to recruit and train the staff scientifically,to set the goals and evaluation of performance,and to make appropriate incentive according to the characteristics of marketing staff.Only in this way can we cultivate and improve the ability and marketing performance of the marketing team and lay a good foundation for publishers to achieve the operational objectives.
