From internet users to net friends and then to E-businessman, the internet has not only brought people the changes in lives, but also the role transformation. While the online shopping consumption pattern tends to be accepted by more and more net surfers, the group of E-businessman is rising rapidly and developing into an important economic force. They play important roles in many aspects such as creation of jobs, optimization of industrial structure, promotion for society harmony and so on.This article mainly adopts the method of unifing the standard research with the empirical research. It dissects the existing problems and development potential of C2C E-commerce development in China against the background of serious employment situation as well as developmental tendency of C2C market. Based on the analysis of business environment, the entrepreneurs and the target customers in China, it comes to the SWOT analysis of self-employment of C2C e-commerce. This article extends the boundaries of C2C E-Business platform from professional and comprehensive third-party C2C websites such as Taobao, Paipai to many small circle platforms as Blog, Witkey, BBS which exist C2C transaction as well. By comparing the characteristics and compatibilities of different platforms, it makes the modes of C2C e-commerce further enriched.This paper finally shows vivid operating processes of opening a shop online on Taobao, the leader of C2C E-commerce market., with author's practical experience, which gives a further confirmation of the possibility of self-employment in C2C E-business modes.
