With the rapid development of global integration and the rapid development of e-commerce,business increasingly international,increasingly competitive,corporate strategy is from the "product-centric" to "customer-centric" to change,customer resources have become enterprises one of the most important resources,the role of customer relationship management gradually attracted the attention of enterprises.In our country,customer relationship management is mainly applied in the fields of communication,finance and so on.The research on customer relationship management of electric business platform is also paid more and more attention by domestic and foreign scholars.In this paper,we choose the author of B,which is familiar with the author,and then gives a theoretical review of customer relationship management in E-commerce environment,and provides the theory for customer relationship management of B-electric business platform before carrying out B-commerce platform customer relationship management research.According to the author;second,through the author of field research,to understand the current B-business platform customer relationship management status,mainly to "customer demand" design product strategy,to provide customers with diversified marketing activities,and safe and efficient Shopping environment and focus on customer care and security;Thirdly,the author analyzes the problems existing in the customer relationship management of B-electric platform by using the "IDIC model" for the current situation of customer relationship management in B-electric business platform.At present,the existing problems are the highlight of the product quality,the loopholes in the credit rating system.Finally,this paper puts forward the optimization measures of customer relationship management based on IDIC model,including the improvement measures in customer identification,and distinguishes customers from customer identification.On the improvement measures,improvements in customer interaction,customer improvement measures in the individual.This paper has carried on the comprehensive analysis to the customer relation management of the B electric business platform,the research result of the optimization measure of the customer relationship management of the e-commerce platform has certain operability and reference value,not only the enterprise which is currently engaged in the e-commerce,Other areas of the enterprise to provide the driving force for the construction and implementation of the strategic guidance.
