Study On The Development Of Highway Transportation Service System In Western Of China

Integrated theoretic and case analysis, the author presented the improvement measures of the highway transportation service system in west China. The paper tried to provide the scientific basis for the highway transportation construction and the social and economic developmentThe social and economic level in west China will be promoted by the vast territory, plentiful resources and west development strategies. Along with the social and economic development and the improvement of people's living standards, there must be amount of transportation demand. Whereas, the realization of the demand will be influenced by the geographical position as well as the social and economic development level in western area. Therefore, it is important for the research of western highway transportation service system improvement to consider the western area's social and economic environment. And a completed highway transportation service system can realize the western transportation demand better, and provide the indemnification and power for social and economic development in the western area.This paper, firstly, defined the highway transportation service system from basic system theory, and analyzed the connotation, integrant part and function of the highway transportation service system. Then the author discussed the relationship of highway transportation service system and the social and economic environment, and give the evaluated method of adaptability. Based on this, the author evaluated the rationality of western highway transportation service system, thus draw conclusion which will improve the western highway transportation service system. Based on the system improvement principle, the author evaluated the development environment of highway transportation service system of western China with SWOT analysis quantitatively. Conclusion of SWOT analysis is that the development environment of highway transportation service system is poor inside and in middle condition outside. A set of tactics and measures of highway transportation service system development in western China were put forward based on the results of reasonable analysis.
