| The importance of ERP technology leads to its application in a large number of enterprises at home and abroad. The application of ERP technology has played an important role for them in the construction of standard basic work, controlling business processes and operational data analysis & statistics. However, the high-risk of ERP technology application causes a lot of failure cases. Therefore, it is obviously important for the enterprises to escape the risks of the ERP technology application and to improve the ERP project risk management capabilities.At the same time, most researches on the ERP project risk management are also only from a technical point of view or from their internal risk factors. As for the implementation of the ERP project risk management, this paper studies in the following aspects - the industrial chain enterprise, the requirements of information within enterprises, external suppliers and the national industrial policy changes.First of all, introduce the current status for the project risk management at home and abroad, the definition, characteristics and management process of risk, combining the characteristics of ERP and ERP technology development process, point out the high-risk sexual of application and the importance of project risk management.What's more, on the basis of the understanding to the ERP in Guoqiang Wood Factory, through the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis, the paper explains the existing problems in the process of ERP application and corresponding countermeasures, put forward monitoring and management of ERP application.Finally, the paper builds a ERP project risk management system, taking the implementation of ERP application process in Guoqiang Wood Factory as an example. |
