Study On The Construction And Development Of High-tech Park Ecosystems

High-tech is a pillar industry in the era of knowledge economy. The High-tech industry is one kind of attempt that the human society pursues sustainable development. And the High-tech Park is an important form to develop the High-tech industry. Since the mid-20th century, High-tech Parks have developed increasingly, but there also have series of problems in the development process.This paper studies the construction and development issues of High-tech Park based on the theories of Business Ecosystem theories.This paper is divided into four parts. After World War II, because of changes in the international political and economic environment, the third scientific and technological revolution, the fourth technology wave and the coming of the era of Knowledge Economy, countries in the world enhance the development of high-tech industry to the strategic level. And then this part has also analyzed the development status of China's High-tech Park and some issues requiring urgent solution. Next, the second part has taken the natural ecosystem's theories viewpoint as the breakthrough point and has did a detailed analysis of the Business Ecosystem theories including concept, main feature and the functions. This part has also analyzed the composition of High-tech Park Ecosystem and constructed a model of it. The third part has mainly analyzed the function of it and the basement of how can we construct it. Providing personnel, capital, technology and innovational atmosphere for the high-tech enterprises, as well as the expectation of joining the ecosystem can obtain more profits compared to compete alone become the power of constructing High-tech Park Ecosystem. The fourth part has mainly studied the construction and development of the high-tech park ecosystems, systematically introduces the methods to the subsystems, then introduce the co-evolution,maintenance and update of it. In the end, the article cites an example of it.
