It is evident that technological personnel are of vital importance in the growth of economy, development of society as well as improvement of technology. Enterprises in Nanjing are the major carrier and the basic condition of the existence of technological personnel. According to statistics, more than half technological personnel assemble in the enterprises in Nanjing. However, in recent few years, personnel's flow occurred quite frequently in these enterprises, which indicates that enterprises are unable to absorb and retain technological personnel. Thus the enterprises in Nanjing should lay much emphasis on the management of their personnel.Given the present state, technological personnel in Nanjing can be categorized into three types, that is, professional personnel, S&T personnel and R&D personnel.With the adoption of Grey Relational Model, this thesis will discuss the effect of technological personnel's flow on the economy as well as social development in Nanjing.A survey on the various factors of technological personnel's flow was conducted from personnel's information, orientation of personnel's flow, compensation and flow cause and relational analysis was made on the cause of their afflux and outflow willingness.Based on the most influential factors, setting'flow'and'not flow'as dependent variables of these major factors and with the aid of non-linear logistic regression, we could evaluate the probability of the desire of technological personnel's flow in Nanjing.Through the result the thesis points out the question of technological personnel's flow in Nanjing. Above all, suggestion would be raised from compensation system, human resource system and circumstance of person with ability, and the author hopes that all the conduction can have a positive effect on both organizations and government in Nanjing. |
