The Procurement Management Research Of Steel Structure Co. Of JCC Under The Supply Chain Management

Effective management of the procurement is the key point to reduce the total cost, gain the long-term stable development in the fierce competition of the market. With the development of supply chain management, the procurement, which does not belong to the original value-added activities, abtains the value-added ability. Supply chain management reduces procurement costs, improves business efficiency and provides a broader space and at the same time to bring new business procurement management challenges. Supply chain management theory and application of research in our country is not up-to-date research, but on the analysis of the use of specific enterprises there are many aspects worth discussing and studying. In this paper, on the basis of reading a great deal of literature, goods and materials procurement management of Steel Structure Co. of JCC were discussed and studied.The article from the perspective of supply chain management of Steel Structure Co. of JCC procurement management of the company, for the existing procurement management, some countermeasures and suggestions were made for improvement. Its focus was on supplier management, inventory management, information systems management. Through investigation and study, from Steel Structure Co. of JCC materials procurement organization's model, material procurement processes, supplier management and analysis of Steel Structure Co. of JCC to build steel procurement management of the status, pointing out the company's current procurement Management problems, the cause analysis, and put forward opinions and suggestions for improvement.In this paper, the research and conclusions are as follows:(1)Through research, the procurement management of the company was analyzed, and pointed out the current procurement management problems especially, such as higher procurement costs, lack of a comprehensive supplier Evaluation, the supplier of information management lagged behind the market, which can not meet the requirements of competition, lacking connection with excellent suppliers to establish strategic partnership and the corresponding incentives.(2) According to the characteristics of the industries producing goods and the special requirements of raw materials procurement , the process of choosing supplier process and the evaluation system were established; In order to maintain and develop good supplier strategic alliance, to establish strategic cooperative partnership with the finest suppliers was suggested.(3) According to the characteristics of the supply chain of procurement of the company, the corresponding improvements and implementation of the measures for the supply chain management of the procurement were put forwardThe high and low efficiency of Procurement processes for enterprises directly affects competition. Especially in today's environment, supply chain management, the enterprises should study their overall strategy in meeting the requirements under the premise of the use of certain information technology as a platform to support, procurement operations through the reorganization process to continuously improve the efficiency of procurement operations. Would also like to point out that the procurement process as a continuous process forward, this business have a full understanding and determination to continue to improve. The improvement of procurement processes, and enhance the purchasing capacity of the path of effective change idea is to speed up the development of information technology to improve workflow efficiency, speed the flow of funds, faster and better understanding and meeting the needs of customers.As a result, the supply chain model, by analyzing the companies in the supply chain problems to optimize its procurement management, procurement strategy for the whole strategy of serving the entire supply chain, no doubt has great Significance for Steel Structure Co. of JCC in terms of. cut costs .Of course, because of limitations of time and the author's knowledge, the author of the paper only gave the ideas and methods to improve procurement management, and can not use the specific method one by one in detail, such as suppliers to develop methods of assessment of suppliers, suppliers 's Performance evaluation and so on.
