Research And Application Of Devices Conveying Logistics Service Supplier Evaluation System For F Corporation

In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy, competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. The Third-Part Logistics (TPL), with its unique advantages, is developing rapidly and plays an important role in improving the competition ability of the enterprises. It is very critical for enterprises'successful outsourcing to select the appropriate logistics service suppliers (LSS).At present, the ability and level of LSS is uneven, and their services are imperfect, while the evaluation index systems of LSS are incomplete, and the existing LSS selection methods and evaluation model are limited. Thus, the logistics outsourcing enterprises can not evaluate their LSS accurately to select the appropriate LSS. As a result, they are dissatisfied with their LSS and the relationship between the enterprises and their LSS become insTable Therefore, how to select and evaluate the PSS is an urgent problem of logistics outsourcing enterprises.This paper takes the devices conveying of F Corporation as a background. On the basis of relative research results, aiming at meeting the actual demands of F Corporation, the evaluation index system of its LSS is established firstly in this paper. Then, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of LSS is constructed, which combines the qualitative and quantitative analysis method. Based on these results, we develop an evaluation system of LSS to solve problems of LSS selection, evaluation and management. Finally, the paper analyses the application effect of this evaluation system.The main contents are described as follows:Firstly, this paper introduced the background, purpose and significance. Through introducing the research status of LSS selection and evaluation at home and abroad, combined with the practical situation of F Corporation, the main contents of the paper were proposed.Secondly, the evaluation index system and evaluation model of its LSS were constructed. The objectives, principles and idea of establishing the evaluation index system, then the evaluation index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP were established.Thirdly, LSS evaluation system of F Corporation was designed and developed. The system requirement analysis and systematical design, as well as the critical technologies for evaluation system development, was emphasized. Based on this, the LSS evaluation system was developedFinally, the application effects of the system were analyzed.
