Company development strategy is the development of the company overall, long-term, basic problems of the overall consideration. Since 2000 China TieTong to enter the communications industry, the CTT branch in Chongqing (hereinafter: Chongqing TieTong) has made a good performance. However, as the communications industry, rapid technological updates and user needs of rapid growth and change, CTT the further development and expansion is also faced with the increasingly strong pressure on its development strategy has yet to be further defined.This paper sums up the strategic management of the relevant theories, Chongqing TieTong introduced the basic situation of Chongqing where the opening macroeconomic environment and industry environment, competition and the use of five models of the competitive situation facing the company, including new entrants to the Threats, the industry's competitiveness in existing enterprises, the threat of substitutes, bargaining power of suppliers and buyers bargaining power. Then, use paper SWOT analysis of the Chongqing TieTong with the strengths, weaknesses and opportunities and threats facing. On this basis, this paper defines the strategic objectives of the Chongqing TieTong, and elaborates on the company's overall development strategy, business development strategy and marketing strategy. In addition, the paper also proposed the implementation of the Chongqing TieTong development strategy and the organizational security measures based on the softswitch technology safeguards.
