As an important and effective external knowledge source, implementing knowledge sharing among enterprises in supply chain is an effective measure to enhance utilization of knowledge and competitive power of supply chain as a whole. However, as supply chain is a cooperation alliances composed by many independent corporate entities, there are some potential conflicts of interest. Obviously, knowledge sharing among supply chain enterprises involves more risks than internal knowledge sharing. Inter-firm knowledge sharing across the border may lead many negative consequences, such as loss of key resources. In this situation, effective risk control will be an important management strategy for knowledge sharing among enterprises in supply chain. Risk management of knowledge sharing among enterprises in supply chain has attracted great attention.Firstly, what cause risks of knowledge sharing among enterprises in supply chain is analyzed. Through studying features of this kind of risks, they are classified into five types, which include decision-making risk, contract risk, moral risk, adverse selection risk and knowledge overflow risk. Impact factors are analyzed which influence risks of knowledge sharing among enterprises in supply chain in terms of sharing environment, involved enterprises and specific content of sharing.Secondly, the principal-agent relation and risk control routine of knowledge sharing among enterprises in supply chain are analyzed, and two models for two types of knowledge sharing of demand pulling and supplying driving are built by using the principal-agent theory. By comparing and analyzing the two models, the focal point of risk control of knowledge sharing among enterprises in supply chain were determined.Finally, risk control strategies of knowledge sharing among enterprises in supply chain are researched. Started with analysis on junction enterprises, supply chain organization and social credit environment, control strategies of risk of knowledge sharing among enterprises are proposed. Based on the analysis of the function demand of risk control mechanism, a mechanism is constructed which consists of a risk early-warning system, a risk controlling system, a risk compensation system, a circular monitoring system and risk-management supervision.
