It has 20 years since migrant workers groups formed,They have started to form the confluence of the crowd in 1980s.In the late 1990s,it has reached a quantity climax of migrant workers.This crowd have many problems,example children's education,social insurance,labor and employment and so on,Compared with these issuses,we also can`t ignore the basic housing needs of the migrant workers.The housing problem of migrant works is complex,it is very difficult to resolve it,how to resolve this problem have become hot spots to debate by some scholars.In this thesis,the issue is triggered by the definition of migrant workers and that background,And discuss the writing of the scholars on the housing and living of the migrant workers,including the migrant workers going into the city study,housing entities research,housing provident fund research and vulnerable housing study.Concerning about the housing problem of migrant workers need a realistic manner.As a result,the author combines the status of the housing problem, put forward some suggestions in view of the actual situation.not only make a one-sided description about the housing problem but also add some powerful analysis.such as what difference are the housing situation of the migrant workers in pre-employment and post-employment,makeing quantitative analysis of housing and comprehending consumption.and supply of the housing.Why do the housing of migrant workers show this situation,we need to understand that,the author have made a good analysis for the deep background of migrant workers housing,in order to solve fundamentally the housing problem of the migrant workers,pursuiting a basic reason and pave the good way.sum up the main factor to household register,themselves,urban land system and the real estate market bubble.according to the present situation of migrant workers, this paper also combine with the Government's policies,list the policies released by the Government at time,establish the main channels to resolve the problem.For the ways and means of solveing the housing problem,the thesis Chapter V have made a detailed elaboration,these ways and means are building some dormitory, reconstruction of the Village in cities,extending the pubic housing system to guarantee the migrant worhers,founding the migrant workers Provident Fund and so on,the author also learn from foreign experience and some positive measures of local practices.when these problem are discussed,this paper all base on the idea that we only need to resolve the short-term housing problem.If we need to resolve this problem at long time,it need more good conditions,the paper in the sixth chapter have analyzed the essence to solve the problem ,and put forward these good conditions,such as household registration reforming and strengthening the housing consumption capacity,a higher income,a cities hoiding peasant workers,a normal real estate market and the vigorous development of China's economy and so on.
