Hygiene products belong to the daily necessary products. Compared with other products, hygiene products'sale are relatively steadily. Although there are a large number of people in China, has prosperous market demands and tremendous potential, Sishuang faces sharp competition with many hygiene products firms all over the world involved. Especially as the rise in price and the pressure of high cost in circulation, most of the big companies'amplitude in sales is lower than before. Some companies face the difficulties in management. As one of the big hygiene companies, Sishuang should make out its own marketing strategy to deal with the opportunity and challenges caused by changes of external environments. Thus, the article has great importance to Sishuang Company for its emphasis on marketing strategy.Firstly, the development and current marketing situation faced with Sishuang Corporation are introduced briefly and the main meaning of making the marketing strategy is described with its basic theory and method.Secondly, the general external and internal marketing environment of Sishuang is analyzed. Especially the macro-environment, the current economic situation and development trend of the domestic liquid ring pump, the consumer situation, the providers of material and the industry competition are analyzed in detail. The chances and threats faced with Sishuang are described on basis of the above analysis.Thirdly, the article determines the marketing target and target market, and the marketing strategy and the marketing mix strategy of Sishuang is given, including the marketing strategy direction, the marketing strategy object and the marketing segment and object market selection strategy based on the instruction idea. Base on which the related marketing mix strategy and a series of marketing countermeasures are made to enable Sishuang develop better.Finally, the article makes the measures and suggestion about the figure of culture in corporation, the marketing groups building and the marketing management and control.
