A lot of tax loss is very disadvantageous to the economy of our country .It is very important for us to study how to reduce the tax loss .In the past , many solutions to the tax loss were based on the results from the methods of economics . As a branch of the economics,the rising and flourish of game theory has very important contribution to economic reform and resolve economic problem of our country .And we can discuss some reformation problems of our country with the basic principle of game theory and modern taxation theories, analyze some important issues in the realm of taxation with the model of game theory and practice in my work. In this thesis, game theory is introduced based on a series of different assumptions.According to the analysis of the game between the revenue and taxpayer, the best strategic compositions are obtained under the conditions of the rational taxation and taxpaying and the optimum tax inspection probability of revenue. Finally, the decisions are made by analysing the premises and the conclusions of the game. And a new model of taxation bureau and enterprise games subject to stimulation is proposed under the more general condition .The optimal mixed strategy of taxation conclusion of this paper can be got. On the basis of this conclusion, analysis of repeated games come out. At last, based on previous analysis and conclusions, the thesis offers some suggestions that could deepen the reform of tax collection and administration, optimize the external environment of tax collection and administration, regulates the relationship between tax payers and tax collectors and contributes to the development of the tax payers.The results from the thesis are the main contributions to revenue's making scientific and rational policies and avoiding taxloss.
