On The Economic Ethics Of Scientific Concept Of Development

It's suggested formally that "stick to people-oriented and establish a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of the scientific concept of development that can promote economic society and people's development" On the third Plenary Session of the 16^th .Establishing and carrying out the scientific concept of development is not only an essential requirement for building a well-off society but also an right choice for dealing with the risks and challenges which China' may face during the crucial period of social development. Business ethics is the subject of studying and discussing the ethical issues of human science in the process of economic and social development, and it would turn out to be great theoretical and practical significance if we combine the concept of scientific development with economic research ethics .Based on the fundamental tenets of Marxism as the starting point, I address the scientific concept of development from a fresh angle of economic ethic point, elaborate ethical dimensions of thinking on people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development which itself rich and develop scientific concept of development .Marxist theory and methodology is being used as the guiding ideology ,the moral implication as the thinking direction ,seeking the ethical implication of scientific concept of development as the research purposes, value analysis as the research means, using the latest research of ethics, sociology, political science and so on, all of these make a ethical theory and practical support for the scientific concept of development.The text is divided into six parts. The first part including that the purpose , significance and research ways and innovation of the paper. The second part is about the proposing and connotations of the scientific concept of development. Introducing the concept of evolution, the scientific concept of development formed the basis of the historical background and practicing in order to analyze the economic implication of ethics in preparation. The third part, pointed out that the "people first" is the preparation and guidance for economic development, and people first means taking the interests of the majority people as basis and people's life and development as the ultimate goal. The fourth part is talk about the ethical guidelines—"comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development" economic development should follow, of this, the comprehensive development is to achieve coordination of economic development and social development, coordinated development means the balance between the interests of all relations, sustainable development is to coordinate the relationship between man and nature. The fifth part propose that we should take the ethical approach "holistic" during economic and social development s, it is necessary to correctly deal with the interests between the local and overall relationship, as well as how to deal with the relationship between immediate and long-term interests .At last, I make a conclusion that the establishment and implementation of scientific concept of development should be a deep excavation of its economic ethics implication. It is not only a scientific concept of development, but also the values of science, so as to the economy through its leading role of ethics to ensure that China's economic and social health of the rapid development.
