In the 21st century, with the developing of economy of our country, enterprises have the opportunity to become stronger. Improving competitiveness become the primary problem. Enterprises through using the incentive system to motivate employees, and hopes that it can raise employee's working spirit, attract and retain competent employees, improve their effectiveness and efficiency, at the end aim of benefit the enterprise. Therefore, a good incentive system is the key success factor of the enterprise management.ID company is a Sino-Japanese joint venture, the problems which have met have certain reference to the similar enterprises. The thesis sums up the fundamental theories of incentive mechanism and introduces the incentive mechanism of Japanese enterprises. According to the actual conditions, the thesis analyses the current situation of incentive mechanism and the existing problems of ID company from aspect such as salary payment system, welfare system, performance appraisal system.The author hopes to contribute to the improvement of motivation mechanism of ID company through the analysis of this issue. |
