The Decision Support System Planning For LIAONING CNC

Decision Supporting System is a system of selecting significant information from the original data for decision-makers. With the fierce competition of operation companies in telecommunication, Decision Supporting System can bring competing advantages to operation companies from many aspects. As a matter of fact, Decision Supporting System is not only for data syncretizing and analytic system but more important, it is an enterprise diagnosing system.Based on practical circumstances of Liaoning CNC, relevant principles and technical knowledge of Decision Supporting System and Project Management and construction experiences in Decision Supporting System of telecommunication operation enterprises in foreign and domestic countries, this thesis has presented the function demand and actualization of demand.For the above demands, Decision Supporting System is designed. The three frames are function frame, data warehouse frame and management frame. The function frame includes KPI target, report appliance, topic analysis and special analysis. The data warehouse frame include operation data store and enterprise data warehouse. The management frame include some management point which is used in the system. System's actualization is also designed in this thesis.This thesis has great significance of guiding Decision Supporting System in Liaoning CNC.
