Research On The Production Operation Management In XiangFan Power Plant

Since the reform and opening-up,the national economy increases rapidly and continuously,the demand about electric power is raised continuously,electric power industry develops rapidly. With the electric power system reform goes thorough step by step, increasingly acuteness in market competition of electric power industry,increasingly serious of external environment such as the coal's significantly raising price and so on, the thermal power plant must improve the management level of production operation so that to reduce the cost and improve their own ability of market competition, so It can achieve advantage in the market competition that becoming regulate increasingly. Consequently,it is very important to enhance production operation management for thermal plant。This paper select XiangFan Power Plant as a research object,its production operation management research. First,this paper introduces the production operation management of the research,analysis of the necessity of the study,the aim and significance. Second, we research based on the XiangFan Power Plant's production operation management development process and status. The main problem of production operation management includes the unit operates isn't in safe and economic,multiple forced outage,frequent temporary repair,higher the fault rate of the equipment,multiple repeated fault, Poor quality for equipment maintenance, badly basic management work, high maintenance cost. Then,this paper deals with the problems of nonstandard maintenance management,the cooperative units's short-term behavior,weakly supervision and assessment,low degree of information's comprehensive utilization,the equipment into aging time and other aspects of in-depth analysis. Finally,the paper suggests to built with running cost for core of production and results investigate management system, integrate each production operation management information system,realize condition maintenance step by step,develop technology transformation in form of project management,perfect the using person's mechanism as solution scheme,to improve the thermal power's production operation management and gain better economic benefit。...
