In the past decades, the structure of workforce in the world has greatly changed, including the change of sex, race and age. Increases in the number of employed women and the number of dual-earner and single-parent households have affected people's experience in the work-place and at home. As a result, balancing work demands and family responsibilities has become one of the most significant issues for families. There is also an increased awareness of the importance of work and family issues by work organizations[1]. Along with these social and demographic changes, research on the work life interface has been rapidly growing. Work life issues are one of the most important topics in multiple fields, including family studies, stress and health research, organizational behavior.The article first reviews the past relative research and put forward research hypotheses. Secondly, with 180 MBA students as the sample, the article investigates their superior support, the fit of work and life and organizational consequences through the questionnaire. Then research hypotheses are tested with the collected data analyzed through the statistic analyse software. At last the results are discussed and the future researches are proposed.Through the above research the main results of this article are the following: superior support is positive related to the fit of work life and the increased superior support will promote the fit of work life; the fit of work life is positively related to job satisfaction, negatively related to job stress, turnover intention and absenteeism; superior support is positively related to job satisfaction, negatively related to job stress and turnover intention; the fit of work life is different in terms of sex, the responsibility of caring for the old or children and the work years, the absenteeism is different among different work years; the fit of work life play a mediator role in the relationship between superior support and organizational consequences.
