The Pattern Of Circular Economics Based On Industry Cluster

The research on circular economy and industry cluster has been in the ascendant since the 1990`s at home and aboard. Experience research becomes a very important content in this field. However, the existed pattern of circular economy does not have strong applicability for industry- cluster-developed areas, which gradually attracted the attention of researchers, and becomes a new hotspot in recent research. Nowadays, the combined research of these two fields is still in initial stage. Also there is not direct experience use for reference in practice. How to combine circular economic theory with industrial cluster practice is a big challenge to both academia.This thesis, choosing Wenzhou, where industry cluster development stands out typically and remarkably in china, as the main research object, based on the Microeconomic foundation of industry cluster, reveals the mechanism of environmental problems caused by industry cluster. Compare the characteristics and necessary conditions of three main circular economic patterns in domestic and international practice, come to the conclusion that this three patterns are not quite suitable for the industry-cluster-prospering regions. On the basis of previous work, this paper raises the solution of"circular economics pattern based on industry clusters", which also can be named"the Wenzhou pattern of circular economics". This pattern is the epitome of the ways in which industry-cluster-prospering region develop circular economy, and have different connotation, characteristic and applicative range with existed three patterns. The new pattern could be achieved by building the"3 +3 +3 +4 = 3"model. Lastly, explains how the new pattern can be operated through the case study of Rui-an industry cluster.The research results of this thesis, provide theoretical guidance and useful reference on experience for regions featured as"small and medium-sized private enterprises as the main body, industry cluster extraordinary developed, enjoying a high level of market economy".
