Uncertainty is common in nowadays' economic environment. Dramatic change in politics, economy, and social security has been witnessed as a result of Global Economy. Without exception, all commercial activities of Supply Chain are facing new problems due to the market change and global distribution. Especially, customer loyalty to the product brand is descending, how to maintain the connection to customers and reduce the cost of the supply chain is the most urgent issue that all participants in Supply Chain are concerning about. Logistics,as the most elusive element in the supply chain but also the most important element, is the theme of the paper, and the flexibility of Logistics Capabilities that equivalent to it is the focus of research.This article sought to explore some problems about the flexibility of Logistics Capability under the environment of supply chain. Follow the footsteps of senior scholars, the author got this study to be expanded and in-depth, and also established some useful conclusions or methods. This article reviewed research firstly literatures on empirical study of Logistics Capability and flexibility, then analyzed the contents and compositions of Logistics Capability. The author re-sorted these elements due to the research requirements. Secondly studies saw the Logistics Capability as a whole, used the value of flexibility, and explored some method to enhance system's flexibility. Then the author proved that flexibility exist a border, not the bigger the better. Finally, the author focused on inventory flexibility and distribution flexibility: To inventory, the author used the some math method set up an optimal model; to distribution, the author get the distribution system in detail, then analyzed and made some improvements Strategy .
