This dissertation intends to review the evolution, present situation and developingtreads of employment, as well as the origins, current circumstance and futuredevelopments of team-building in China’s enterprises. To achieve complete analysis, thedissertation applies the theories of team-building, organizational commitmentmanagement and knowledge employee management, and utilizes the tools of on-siteinvestigation and research, in-depth interviews and second-hand data collection. Thepresent study starts with the background and effect of the research, introducing andreviewing related theories and research methods. The author then continues in a deepanalysis of the current management situation in the network optimization center of ABCCo. Ltd., specially focusing on the problem which results the low organizationalcommitment of dispatched knowledge employees in first line teams. Grounded on theanalysis, the dissertation proposes a specific means to increase the first line team’scohesion and enhance organizational commitment of the first line dispatched knowledgeemployees by effective team-building. In the end, the dissertation summarizes abuilding model for first line team in the network optimization center of ABC Co. Ltd,and presents a creative and effective scheme suitable for the first line team that isintensive with dispatched knowledge employees.
