The Analysis Of Agribusiness Management Model In Yangling

Since reform and open-up in China in 1978,the rural economy in China has made a great success in the world.But with the further development of rural economy,it also caused some issues,such as the contradictions between the social production and the farmers' scattered management,the intense market competition and the farmers' weak abilities of undertaking the risks etc.,which influenced the further development of rural economy in China.The agribusiness management is a better choice to solve these contradictions according to the experiences in developed countries.It connected the market,the base and farmers into a well running system and made success in developed countries.Based on these,the paper has specially studied the agribusiness management model in Yangling Demonstration Zone (YDZ).The contents of the paper were as follows.Chapter 1:Introduction.It mainly included the background,purpose and significance, the literature reviews and its valuation,the whole thinking and methodology,the possible innovation.Chapter 2:The Basic Theories of Agribusiness Management.It included the conception of industrialization,agribusiness and agribusiness management,the characteristics and conditions of agribusiness management,the theory of agricultural integration,the theory of supply chain and the theory of agricultural chain management.Chapter 3:The Current Situation and Existing Issues of Agribusiness Management in YDZ.It included the introduction of YDZ,the detailed practice of implementing the agribusiness,the analysis of agribusiness management model and its existing issues.The paper summed up the seven models of agribusiness management,which included the model of the leading enterprise,of combining the enterprise,agricultural university and farmers,of agent leading,of expert leading,of land use rights,of project leading,of agricultural extension based on agricultural university etc.then,the paper put forward that the obvious difference of agribusiness management models in YDZ are the extensive participation of agricultural higher university comparing with other regions. Chapter 4:Comparison Analysis and Selection of Agribusiness Management Models In YDZ.It included the institutional analysis of existing agribusiness management:models,the comparison of above-mentioned models and its changing route.By comparison,the paper brought out the advantages and disadvantages of each models.Combining with the institutional analysis,the paper put forward the model of co-operative integration and model of comprehensive management were the directions of developing further agribusiness management.Chapter 5:Strategic Measure and Thought of Developing Agribusiness Management in YDZ.It included the comprehensive thoughts,principles and important keys of developing the agribusiness management.The paper put forward four important keys,which are the location of government,the choice of leading industries or goods and development of special agriculture,the strengthening of the leading enterprises and the development of farmers' co-operative organizations.Chapter 6:Conclusions and Suggestions.Based on the above analysis,the conclusion and some suggestions are attained in the paper.Some suggestions are to develop the agricultural product processing industry,widen the financial channels,increase the agricultural investment,set up the risk funds of agribusiness management,improve the socialization service system and raise the farmers' sci-tech levels etc.
