According above cases and analysises of the characteristic on private enterprise, it studies its ingress strategy of diversification, core-competitiveness breeding, core-competitiveness strengthening and core-competitiveness transfer, and the risk-avoidance of diversification, and it particularly analyzing diversification development strategy of private enterprise.It is considered that private enterprises must map out their strategies well in their diversification courses.It advises correct analysis of motivation and causation, careful ingress field choose depending on industry attraction, industry developing status and foreground,industry structure evolvement, industry rampart of ingress or secede, associated degree on business, etc.We have to cautiously deal with culture amalgamation and business operation, resulted from quickly entering new field by annexing or strategy alliance.We must breed and strengthen core-competitiveness in core technique management system, innovation consciousness, stockholder structure, enterprise culture, etc, and think much of its transfer to new field.It is important for private enterprise to eliminate weakness in its blood,go ahead steadily and surely, step by step according its background and economic ability.At the same time,anneal of proprietor and operator is considered.Furthestly recognizing and avoiding the risk that might appear in diversification process is absolutely necessary.
