The Study Of Vendor Selection Strategic Based On The Green Supply Chain Management

The constructing of Green Supply Chain(GSC) has become the main challenging of supplying Green Products.In order to search an integrity GSC and promote the development of green vendor management,the vendors that supply parts and raw materials should be considered not only on the present management mechanism but also add the factors of sustainable development.The range of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) is pretty wide,such as the Partner and Union relationship,Technical Cooperation,Product Quality,Environmental Performance Evaluation and Vendor Selection which plays an important role in the whole chain and has great relations with other problems and so on.The study of Vendor Selection is very important content in the course of procurement.Whether the goods are supplied or not influences the capacity of enterprise.The number of suppliers that can be selected increases gradually and more and more information needed to be handled with the development of computer and network technology.Thus how to select the vendors effectively among many suppliers is the key problem in procurement.On the basic of summarizing the research results of predecessors,the paper mainly discusses the Vendor Selection under the environment of GSCM from the follow aspects. The first chapter which is the theoretical foundation of the follow-up chapters describes the research status of GSCM,the vendor evaluation index system and the method of Vendor Selection.The second chapter describes the connotation of GSCM,and makes a detailed study from the follow aspects,such as operation model,content,operating environment and target and technology support system,and by comparing to the traditional GSCM, we gets the characteristic and influence of Vendor Selection.The third chapter constructs the vendor evaluation index system to insure the quality of vendors and the effectiveness of select process.Because of the introduction of Eco-environmental indicators,the evaluation index system show the sense of social responsibility,and conform to the recycling economy and the request of the development of GSCM.The forth chapter which is the core of the paper introduces the use of the method of two-stage to pre-select and evaluate the vendors.The work of the stage of pre-selection is to use the Method of Fuzzy Clustering Analysis to select a bit of vendors with the qualifications of quoting by using the index such as Quality of product,Delivery Situation and After-sales Service and so on as the evaluation index.The purpose of doing this is to control the vendors in a certain range,and reduce the workload and raise the efficiency.The stage of evaluation is to use the method of TOPSIS to sort the vendors,and then select the best vendor at last.The fifth chapter introduces the whole process of vendor selection by use a case.
