Research On Vendor Evaluation And Selection Based On Green Supply Chain Management

With the popularity of Internet technology and people's pursuit for a healthy life,the environmental pressure which some enterprises with high pollution and high emissions of manufacturing industry are facing is more prominent.If enterprises want to seek a balance between economic benefits and environmental protection,they must adopt modern management mode of integrated logistics,that is the green supply chain management.The management of Suppliers are as the starting point for the implementation of the green management of the whole supply chain.Based with the premise of the development of the concept of green enterprises,how to select the suitable suppliers effectively and quickly and accurately is the priority among the green supply chain management.This can make the coordination and cooperation of each other can not only reduce production costs,improve resource utilization,improve the ecological environment,but also can make the economic benefits of the enterprise to maximize and enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises to create a good the brand image.Based on lots of theories of literature with in-depth understanding and research methods,firstly,this thesis talked aboult the theories and concepts about green supply chain management and the supplier evaluation and selection of green supply chain management,which fully demonstrates the value and necessity of the research topic from the theoretical point of view.Secondly,the building of supplier evaluation index system,through the analysis of the evaluation factors,a universal index system was established,and then combined it with the clustering analysis,fuzzy AHP,ELECTRE and other analytical methods to establish a practical supplier evaluation and selection model which is based on green supply chain management · In the model,fist of all,his thesis use statistical software SPSS clustering analysis on the index data for supplier evaluation,supplier evaluation index system suitable for the construction of the enterprise;Secondly,determine the supplier evaluation index weight by fuzzy AHP;Finally,this thesis removes he disadvantages of suppliers by using multi-attribute decision making method,ELECTRE,to choose the best suppliers for enterprises.In the last part of the paper,use the constructed model to select and evaluate the raw material supplier of EC pallet for W company,to verify the practicability and accuracy of the proposed model.
